COMPLETE 14 ITEM CRUSHING PLANT

(1) – Primary Jaw Crusher – KW 42” x 30” Jaw Crusher with 150 h.p. electric motor, V-belt drive with guard, 18’ wide - 1” thick steel plate hopper, 46” wide x 16’ long vibrating grizzly feeder with 30 h.p. electric drive, 44” wide discharge conveyor, skid base support structure; crusher date of Mfr. 1977. Condition: Crusher, structure and conveyor - good; Mov. Jaw die 50%, Sta. 95%; feeder fair, grizzly section plated over, no grizzly bars or fines bypass.

(2) – Conveyor - 36” wide x 90’ long, truss frame construction, electric drive, support legs, (cone-screen feed conveyor). Condition: overall good, rubber belting poor.

(3) - Secondary Crusher/Screen Plant with Symons 4¼’ Standard Cone Crusher with 250 h.p. electric motor, V-belt drive with guard, Simplicity 5’ wide x 16’ long three deck horizontal vibrating screen, 30” wide under screen discharge conveyor, skid support structure, Crusher date of Mfr: 1965; Screen date of Mfr: 1990. Condition: Overall good.

(4) – Conveyor - 36” wide x 30’ long, channel frame, electric drive, support legs, (close circuit conveyor). Condition: Good.

(5) – Conveyor - 30” wide x 38’ long, channel frame, electric drive, support legs, (close circuit conveyor). Condition: Overall good, poor belting.

(6) – Conveyor - 30” wide x 48’ long, channel frame, support legs, (set up to feed onto belt #2 but not in use). Condition: Poor, no electric motor, missing five troughing idlers.

(7) – Conveyor – Kolberg 30” wide x 80’ long radial stacker, electric drive, power adjustable height & power radial drive, truss construction, (stockpiling conveyor). Condition: Overall good.

(8) – Conveyor - 30” wide x 45’ long, channel frame, support legs, (set up as product discharge from cone/screen plant but not in use). Condition: Poor, no electric motor, no rubber conveyor belt.

(9) – Conveyor - 30” wide x 45’ long, channel frame, support legs, (4’ x 12’ screen feed conveyor). Condition: Good.

(10) – Vibrating Screen - Simplicity 4’ wide x 12’ long single deck incline wet screen, 10 h.p. electric drive, spray bar wash water system, support structure with discharge chute and under collection hopper; (product rinse screen). Condition: Good.

(11) – Conveyor - 30” wide x 45’ long, channel frame, support legs, (washed product stockpile conveyor). Condition: Good.

(12) – Portable Generator / Electrical Motor Control Center – three phase 480 Volt 60 Hz system, Detroit V-8 Twin Turbo diesel engine, Kohler generator, 800 amp main disconnect, Allen-Bradley soft starters for Jaw and Cone crusher motors, Square D magnetic starter switches for all other plant electric motors, total of 17 starters, G-E transformer for single phase 110 lights & power, all mounted in a tandem axle 45’ long portable van. Condition: Overall Good.

(13) – 8’ x 40’ storage container. Condition: fair.

(14) – Conveyor - 30” wide x 45’ long, channel frame, support legs, (not in use, located behind lube van). Condition: Fair, missing one troughing idler, no rubber conveyor belt.

Used equipment sold as 14 item package only.....Selling Price $260,000.00

Seller will disassemble and load buyer’s trucks.
